How long does work-life balance coaching last?

The length of our work together depends on your unique goals and what kind of support you need right now. Some clients find that just a few sessions bring the clarity they’ve been searching for, while others benefit from ongoing guidance over several months. There’s no one-size-fits-all. This is a journey not a quick fix and we’ll move at a pace that honors both your capacity and your vision.

Each session begins with a check-in to see how you're feeling and what’s come up since our last conversation. From there, we’ll focus on your current goals whether that’s setting boundaries, navigating career shifts, building confidence, or managing emotional fatigue.
